Due to the nature of digital products, all sales at Nexora Pro are final.

Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The file is corrupted or unusable

• You did not receive access to the product after purchase

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
